SECUREDX SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to Products purchased from securedx.ai and related ordering channels.
Definitions. For purposes of these Terms/Policies, the following definitions apply:
- “IFU” means the manufacturer’s “Instructions for Use,” including handling, storage, collection procedures, and limitations.
- “Products” means test kits, collection materials, consumables, and any physical items offered for sale through SecureDX.
- “Kits” means Products intended for specimen collection and/or testing, including related collection materials and packaging.
- “Services” means services offered by SecureDX, including access to the Platform and related support services, and (where applicable) facilitation of testing workflows through Lab Partners.
- “Platform” means SecureDX’s website, portals, applications, reporting tools, and related digital services (including any software or reporting modules).
- “Lab Partners” means independent third-party laboratories that perform testing and/or related services. Lab Partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of SecureDX unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
- “Suppliers” means third-party manufacturers and suppliers of Products, including Panacea and any other approved vendors.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Certain Products may have shipping restrictions due to cold-pack requirements, carrier limitations, or regulatory restrictions.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or due to compliance checks.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and not guarantees.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): typically 3-5 business days in transit after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): typically 2 business days in transit after shipment.
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): typically next business day delivery for eligible destinations when orders are placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT).
Carrier delays, weather events, and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
4. Cold-Pack / Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Some Products require temperature control and may ship with cold packs or controlled packaging. To reduce weekend delays, SecureDX may restrict shipment days for temperature-sensitive Products (for example, shipping Monday through Wednesday).
You are responsible for promptly receiving shipments and storing Products according to the applicable IFU. SecureDX is not responsible for degradation caused by missed deliveries, refusal of delivery, delayed pickup, or improper storage after delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level and are displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers (if any) are subject to stated terms and exclusions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by SecureDX, Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with an order.
6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
When available, we provide tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery confirmation may be provided by the carrier.
7. Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages)
Time Limit for Claims. Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or nonconforming shipments must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery confirmation (as reflected by carrier tracking), or such claim will be deemed waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. To submit a claim, Customer must provide the order number, photos of the outer packaging and inner contents, and retain all packaging materials for inspection and carrier claim processing. If you experience delivery issues, contact us as soon as possible at info@securedx.ai. For damage claims, include photos of external packaging, internal packaging, and the Product.
SecureDX is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation to the address provided, but we will assist in initiating a carrier trace where available.
8. International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
International delivery times vary due to customs processing and destination carrier conditions.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@securedx.ai. We will attempt to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
