A Passion for Improving Animal Health
SecureR&D is dedicated to advancing animal health by partnering with top innovators, veterinary schools, and institutions to translate research into real-world impact.

At SecureR&D, our Research and Development partner is at the forefront of advancing veterinary diagnostics and treatments through strategic collaborations with top innovative companies in the biotechnology and AI sectors. By working hand-in-hand with these innovators, we accelerate the development of solutions to real-world challenges in animal health.
Areas of Interest
- New diagnostic testing assays, ie: Screwworm
- Novel treatments, including non-invasive technologies
- Digital and AI integrations
We partner with leading animal health companies, research and development groups, and veterinary schools to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions through validation studies, field trials, and co-development. These collaborations give us access to data, testing, and regulatory expertise, helping us refine animal healthcare.

The Next Frontier in Veterinary Therapeutics
SecureDX is researching Low Intensity Focused Ultrasound (LIFU) therapeutic platform that represents a genuine leap forward in non-invasive animal care. LIFU delivers precisely focused acoustic energy deep into tissue, targeting any location in the body with 1mm precision; without surgery, without incision, and without sedation. The device is portable, meaning a veterinarian can bring it to the exam table, to the stall, into the field, or to a owners home. This is not an incremental improvement on existing technology. It is a fundamentally different capability.
What It Treats — And Why It Matters
For both companion and large animals, LIFU unlocks clinical capabilities that have never been available at scale. The platform is being developed across six initial indications: chronic pain in dogs, cats, and horses; musculoskeletal healing in performance horses; tumor management; cardiac neuromodulation; neurological conditions including epilepsy; and immune activation therapy.
SecureDX believes LIFU represents one of the most disruptive technologies in animal health in more than two decades. Whether used as a standalone treatment or in combination with other therapies, LIFU has the potential to fundamentally improve outcomes and redefine the standard of care in animal health.
