This Privacy Policy describes how SecureDX Holdings, LLC and its affiliates (“SecureDX,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use securedx.ai and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is designed for business and professional users of animal-health diagnostic Products and Services. It is not intended for human-health services.
Definitions. For purposes of these Terms/Policies, the following definitions apply:
- “IFU” means the manufacturer’s “Instructions for Use,” including handling, storage, collection procedures, and limitations.
- “Products” means test kits, collection materials, consumables, and any physical items offered for sale through SecureDX.
- “Kits” means Products intended for specimen collection and/or testing, including related collection materials and packaging.
- “Services” means services offered by SecureDX, including access to the Platform and related support services, and (where applicable) facilitation of testing workflows through Lab Partners.
- “Platform” means SecureDX’s website, portals, applications, reporting tools, and related digital services (including any software or reporting modules).
- “Lab Partners” means independent third-party laboratories that perform testing and/or related services. Lab Partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of SecureDX unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
- “Suppliers” means third-party manufacturers and suppliers of Products, including Panacea and any other approved vendors.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account and profile information (name, business name, role/title, email, phone, password, billing/shipping addresses).
- Order and payment information (transaction details; payment card data is processed by our payment processors).
- Customer support communications (emails, support requests, and related records).
- Operational and testing workflow information (collector details, premises/location identifiers, animal/herd/flock metadata, specimen metadata, chain-of-custody fields, and related notes).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time stamps).
- Cookie and similar technology data (see Section 6).
- Security and fraud-prevention signals (login events, suspicious activity indicators).
1.3 Information From Third Parties
- Payment confirmation and fraud signals from payment processors.
- Shipment status and delivery confirmation from carriers.
- Testing status and results data from Lab Partners (including reports and related metadata).
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the Services, fulfill orders, process payments, and deliver Products.
- Coordinate testing workflows and deliver reports through the Platform.
- Communicate with you regarding orders, account activity, updates, and support.

3. How We Share Information
We may disclose information as follows:
- With Lab Partners to perform testing and deliver results.
- With Suppliers to support quality, lot tracking, replacements, and technical support.
- With payment processors to process transactions.
- With shipping and logistics providers to deliver Products.
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support tools) who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- With governmental authorities or third parties when required by law (including reportable disease reporting) or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may share de-identified or aggregated information for analytics and product improvement. We do not sell or share personal information (as defined under applicable laws, including CCPA/CPRA where applicable).
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary by data type and regulatory requirements.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, conduct analytics, and enhance security.
You can manage cookie settings through your browser. If you disable cookies, some site functionality may be limited. We do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals.

The Services are controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not request date-of-birth or age information through the Services. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete such information and disable the associated account.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
